Oobleck

Oobleck Recipes

Oobleck is a fun mixture that can easily be made at home using materials that can be bought at the grocery store.  You do not want to get Oobleck on your clothes, carpet, or furniture.  Have an adult help you make and clean up the mixture.   Oobleck is not something that can be eaten!  There are many different recipes for Oobleck and they can be easily found on the Internet.

End of Year Celebration

I forgot to give the students the paper copies of this letter this afternoon.

Friday, June 6, 2014

Parents & Guardians,

On Tuesday, June 10, 2014 after the Awards Ceremony our class will celebrate the end of the school year with a fun educational activity.  Students will be making solar ovens and will be cooking s'mores in them.  I will supply the materials for the s'mores and the paper products.  I have told the students that if they would like to have something to eat or drink besides s'mores then they need to bring enough to share with 24 other students.   If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.

Thank you,

Meredith Katz
