I will be out tomorrow for a Professional Development opportunity at New River State Park.  I have told students about it.  Please make sure they are not bringing things that they do not need at school tomorrow.  (gum, candy, electronic devices or expensive items)  Also, I would prefer if you did not send money for the field trips tomorrow.  I will be back on Monday to collect any money for field trips.

Missing permissions for field trips

Please ask your student for the purple permission slip for the two field trips that we have in March. I am still missing permissions from 11 students and money ($8) for the trip from 15 students.

Students are bringing home three permission slips today. The purple piece of paper is two-sided and needs to have a signature on both sides. Please sign your students folder after reviewing its contents.
Ask your student about what we did with microscopes in class today.

Monday 2/1/16

Students need to complete their Reading Log for today.  The completed reading log is due on Friday.
